2. Products & Services
We specialize in custom printing services. All products—such as T-shirts, banners, catalogues, business cards, and promotional items—are produced based on the artwork and specifications you provide.
Since most items are custom-printed, slight variations in color, material, or print finish may occur due to printing processes and screen display differences.
3. Artwork & Design Files
By uploading artwork or design files to our website, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to use the artwork, or
- You have permission from the rights owner.
We are not responsible for any copyright disputes related to the files you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring your artwork:
- Meets printing guidelines
- Is uploaded in the correct format
- Contains accurate spelling and content
We are not liable for errors found after the order has been printed.
4. Order Process
When you place an order:
- You submit product details (size, quantity, material, design, etc.).
- You confirm artwork and approve the final design.
- Your order moves into production.
Once your order is in the production stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in £.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Online Payment Gateways
- Bank Transfers (if applicable)
6. Production & Delivery
Production time varies by product type. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Incorrect shipping details provided by you
- Force majeure events (weather, strikes, natural disasters)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Catbird Limited offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if the product received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase.
Custom-printed or personalised items (such as mugs, banners, magazines, billboards, etc.) are eligible for return only in the case of printing errors or production defects. Returns for change of mind, design alterations, or preference-based reasons are not accepted.
Return requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of delivery along with order details and photo/video evidence. Once inspected and approved, Catbird Limited will process a refund or replacement within 5-7 working days.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or returned after the 7-day period will not qualify for refund or replacement. more info
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be offered.
9. Intellectual Property
