At Catbird Printing, your satisfaction is important to us. All our products—such as custom-printed T-shirts, banners, catalogues, marketing materials, and other personalized print items—are made to order. Because of the customized nature of our services, our refund and return policies differ from standard retail purchases.


Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, we may not be able to offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered. All items must also be returned in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Since we specialize in custom printing, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed T-shirts, banners, catalogues, flyers, cards, or any personalized print items once printing is completed
  • Products damaged due to incorrect usage by the customer
  • Digital design files or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Any product that has been partially used
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

We also do not accept returns for items that fall under hygiene, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids categories (if applicable).


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be granted only under specific conditions:

  • Items that show signs of handling but are not used
  • Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons not caused by Catbird Printing
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding:

  • Approval of refund
  • OR reasons for rejection

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a standard processing period.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—processing delays can occur.
  3. Contact your bank, as posting times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to our error.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at design@catbirduk.com
  2. Send the defective product to: 26 Popin Business Centre,South Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0HF

Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted.

Depending on your location, delivery time for replacements may vary.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
